Service Usage Agreement

1. Basic Provisions

1. This agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the Agreement) is a public offer with Vasin. M.V. (TIN: 20319957, Yerevan, Armenia).
2. By using the Service, you accept this Agreement in full, as well as all related policies. If you do not agree with any point of this agreement, you must stop using the Service and leave it.
3. The Service is a set of software and hardware used to process, store and access stored information through a web browser, mobile applications, social networks, third-party services, etc.
4. User - an individual accessing the Service using any software, regardless of the authorization status on the Service.
5. Website - a web resource located at wargm.com or on any subdomain of the xxx.wargm.com type, as well as other domain names linked to the Service by Users.
6. Game server - a set of software and hardware for accessing the publicly available server part of a computer game.
7. User account - a virtual personal account of the user, which can be replenished in various ways. Services and goods provided by the Service are paid for from this account. Funds from this account cannot be withdrawn, they can only be spent.
8. By using the Service, the User assumes all risks associated with partners, authorities and third parties. The User is responsible for using the Service for purposes and tasks that violate tax and other laws, as well as for violations of the license agreement for the use of any software, server platforms, API, etc.
9. In case of violation of this Agreement, the User who violated it may have access to the Site blocked or the account of such User may be deleted.
10. The Service reserves the right to change any tariffs and fees without prior notice.
11. The Service does not process or store personal data of users.
12. The Service may place advertisements and allow third parties to serve such content as advertisements.

2. Subject of the Agreement

1. The Company grants the User the right to use the Site, while the Company retains the right to issue licenses to third parties (non-exclusive license) on the terms and in the amount specified in the Agreement.
2. The User uses the Site independently, without the direct participation of the Company, in accordance with the functionality of the Site described in the Agreement.
3. The Company provides technical support and updates to the Site. The updated Site may contain corrections of errors, shortcomings, bugs and/or new, modified functions, functionality.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

1. The rights granted to the User include the right to directly use (exploit) the Site and exclude the rights to copy and subsequently use any results of the Companys intellectual activity (including text, images, videos)
2. Registration is carried out by the User automatically (without the participation of the Company) as provided on the Site. Registration is carried out using the Users authorization through third-party sites (services) (for example, store.steampowered.com, vk.com, facebook.com, etc.).
3. Registration is not possible without the Users consent to the Agreement. By registering, the User expresses full and unconditional consent to the Agreement.
4. The User accesses the account using a login and password or using technical means through third-party sites. The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their password. All actions performed using authorization on the Site (from an authorized account) are considered to be performed by the User himself.
5. The User has the right to use the Site while being in any country.
6. The User has the right to use any services of the Site that are publicly available.
7. The Company has the right to provide certain Users of the Site, at its own unmotivated choice, with certain additional functions/features, discounts when using the paid part of the Site, and other preferences.
8. The User has no right to assign their rights under the Agreement to third parties, and also has no right to sublicense them.
9. The User undertakes to exclude the use of errors or technical vulnerabilities of the Site and the Service to obtain any benefit or information, and also to immediately report such errors to the administration of the Server or Service by any available means. Concealing information about such errors or disseminating information about them is equivalent to using them.
10. The Company has the right to carry out scheduled and emergency technical work on the Site (troubleshooting, error correction, security work, updating, etc.), as a result of which certain functionality of the Site or the Site as a whole may be temporarily unavailable.

4. Remuneration under the agreement and cost of services

1. All prices for services posted on the Site are final and are already indicated taking into account possible commissions, license fees, etc.
2. The cost of services is determined in accordance with current tariffs and depends on the period for which the service is paid.

   • Priority server polling - from 2$, depending on the service period.
   • Banner placement - from 2$, depending on the service period.
   • VIP service package - includes a set of services, cost from 8$.
   • Rent of server equipment - from 13$ to 375$, depending on the term and type of service.
   • Hosting services - from 13$ to 375$, depending on the term and type of service.
   • Pemium status - from 5$.
   • Pemium PRO status - from 7$.
   • Pemium MAX status - from 13$.
   • Post of information - negotiable
   • Collection and processing of statistics - negotiable
   • Application services - negotiable
   • Web page development - from 5$ to 125$.
   • Adaptation and modification of web pages - from 5$ to 125$.
   • Additional services and work - non-regulated work on setup, consultations and other - 7$/hour.
4. The cost of services can be changed by the Service unilaterally without notice.

5. Use of the service

1. The User has no right to place links, widgets or information in any form on the pages of the Site that implies the acceptance of funds from Users, as well as advertising of online stores, services for the sale of game valuables.
2. The User has no right to place any advertising of services, sites, servers or other, through functions not intended for this purpose, or any other advertising that has not been agreed upon with the Company.
3. If fraud is suspected on the part of the User, he/she may be blocked or any necessary restrictive measures may be applied to him/her, up to and including permanent blocking or deletion of the account.
4. The User is prohibited from any actions aimed at artificially changing the position of the Game server in the server rating, including cheating and fraudulent votes by technical means (plugins and auto-voting programs), placing paid ads, using multiple accounts created only for voting, but not limited to them.
5. Accounts of users who have not logged in for more than a year may be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Service is provided "as is", does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for possible lost profits or unjustified expectations.
2. The Company does not provide any guarantees regarding the legality of the activities of persons operating using the Service.
3. Any losses that you may incur in the event of intentional or careless use of the Service, including when transferring or losing data to access the Service or incorrectly specified payment data, will not be compensated by the Company.
4. The Service is not liable for possible loss of Game Server data when using the Service.
5. The Service does not copy or store internal data of the Game Servers in full or in individual parts, except for technical access data to such data.

8. Support

1. The Company provides technical support through an internal ticket system (links in the footer of the site).
2. Consultations on the installation, configuration or administration of Game servers are not provided.
3. The Company provides support only if the User uses the ethics of remote business communication. The use of obscene language is prohibited.
4. The Users correspondence with support may contain confidential information and is protected by the law on the secrecy of correspondence. Disclosure of such correspondence is not allowed.
5. The User may be denied support without explanation.

9. Additional and third-party agreements

1. The use of some functions of the Service may require acceptance of the rules of use or an additional agreement. The User will be notified of the presence of such rules or an additional agreement before using the function. Further use of the function constitutes consent to the rules or an additional agreement. agreement.
2. By using the Service and allowing access to their accounts on third-party services, the User accepts and agrees to comply with the terms of use of third-party services.
