Aika Online is a Korean product from the company HanbitSoft. The game was released back in 2008, and today the army of fans worldwide numbers in the millions. The lack of Russian language support initially prevented Russian-speaking players from freely enjoying the game, but soon a localized version was released, and everyone clapped their hands in unison—now Aika is available in Russia too.
So, what is Aika Online? It is a fine representative of classic MMORPGs. All the familiar elements are here: quests and dungeons with hordes of mobs, weapons and items, skills and abilities. And nothing would set this game apart if it weren't for PvP. In Aika Online, enormous attention is given precisely to this aspect of the game.
Cross-Server PvP
Continuing the Aika 2 overview, let's move on to the game's main features. One of its standout features is cross-server PvP. What does this mean? It means that over 1,000 people can simultaneously participate in massive battles for relics, which provide various advantages when completing difficult and intricate quests. They also influence periodic events on their respective servers.
Players in Aika Online must contest the right to control special locations and the right to collect taxes from servers ten times a week. The victor of the battle receives a buff for their allies and a debuff for their enemies.
Dynamic battles involving massive numbers of players will give you plenty of room to apply strategic and tactical skills. Your grown Prannya will assist you in this. Quality quests, the most challenging dungeons—all this and much more is what Aika Online has to offer!
Main Classes
Paladin
Paladins defend well with their shields and strike back at enemies with their swords. They are always the first to charge into battle, leading their allies forward. Paladins can use holy magic and are skilled with both sword and shield. The Paladin is a great protector for their allies. As they progress, a Paladin can become a Templar, and later on, a Valkyrie.
Pistolier
This is a nimble and fast fighter who can become a silent spy and assassin. Their weapons are a pair of pistols and their agility. The character is well-suited for ambush attacks and rapid strikes. Upon reaching a high level, the Pistolier can become an Assassin, and later on, a Killer.
Sharpshooter
The Sharpshooter is a long-range fighter. They are skilled with rifles and can infiltrate enemy rear lines unnoticed to set up ambushes. These fighters skillfully combine marksmanship with spells. Sharpshooters have the ability to covertly enter enemy territory and lay traps there. Sharpshooters can retrain into Snipers and later into Eliminators.
Warrior
Warriors are the strongest and most enduring. They are close-combat specialists who rely on the sturdiness of their own armor. One of the Warrior's primary tasks is to protect their allies. Experienced Warriors have a chance to become Conquerors. Later on, with the approval of the Great Prophet, a Warrior may become a Kensai.
Warlock
This class has mastered dark magic and can now attack enemies with deadly spells. Warlocks deal massive amounts of damage but are very poorly protected against close-range attacks. With the permission of the Archmages, a Warlock can become an Arcanist, and later even an Archmage.
Priestess
Priestesses are absolutely essential in any squad, as they can not only heal their allies but also temporarily boost their stats. After some time, a Priestess can become a Righteous One, and later on a Seraphim, provided she receives permission from the Great Prophet.
