The new game's plot will follow the events that followed the gathering initiated by Winston. The game's trailer showed Winston, Tracer, and Mei on a mission to Paris, which was attacked by a robot army from the Null Sector faction. The trio was subsequently joined by several other Overwatch members and Brigitte Lindholm. At the end of the trailer, Winston announced the resumption of Overwatch.
