Review Warface

Warface review is based on materials from open sources, and the rating is based on the subjective opinion of the project about the game.

Warfaceinvites players to dive into a world of tactical battles across the globe. This online shooter offers extensive opportunities for taking down your foes. It features various weapon types, colorful locations, and unique combat classes with distinctive traits.

For fans of cooperative gameplay, there is plenty to do here as well. The game includes a PvE mode where you'll fight against computer-controlled enemies, but that doesn't mean these missions are easy.

Game Classes
A review of Warface would be incomplete without examining the unique classes, each of which possesses special abilities.

ASSAULT
This is the main striking force of your squad, as this class can equip not only rapid-fire assault rifles but also fearsome machine guns. Running with a machine gun is a bit more cumbersome, but its damage more than makes up for it.

The class's special feature is the ability to replenish your own ammunition, and you can also share bullets with your allies at any time. In PvE mode, this class is absolutely essential.

MEDIC
A very useful combat class. Medics primarily use shotguns as their main weapon. They are only effective at close range, but that's actually a good thing, since a medic shouldn't be charging the front lines. Their weapon is given more for defense than offense.

The medic's special trait is the ability to restore allies' health and even revive them. A squad with a medic can hold defensive positions for a long time.

ENGINEER
The Engineer feels most comfortable fighting at short range, as their primary weapons are submachine guns. These are very fast-firing, but accuracy and damage are not particularly high. Therefore, it's wise to choose movement routes with plenty of cover.

The class's unique abilities include repairing armor and placing mines on the battlefield. Mines are a devastating weapon—a well-timed mine detonation can send multiple enemies to the grave at once.

SNIPER
This is the only class that has access to sniper rifles. They have no additional special abilities or traits; their primary task is to eliminate the most dangerous enemies. And the Sniper does this exceptionally well. Just one accurate shot is enough to render your opponent helpless. There are several types of sniper rifles—some are best suited for positional warfare, while others are better for providing support during an assault.

PvE Mode
Let's continue the Warface overview with one very important distinction from its competitors—the PvE mode. In this mode, you and your friends can travel to a remote corner of the world to undertake the most challenging combat operations.

PvE mode is also beneficial for new players, as it allows them to learn proper weapon handling and grasp the basics of tactical maneuvers at a comfortable pace. All PvE locations are procedurally generated, so you won't be running down the same streets and shooting at the same spots over and over.

The review of Warface is coming to an end, but before you go play, you should take a look at the minimum and recommended system requirements of Warface.

Review Microcosm

Microcosm

Build tiny voxel worlds in virtual reality! Microcosm is the game I've wanted to play in VR ever since I saw the Oculus Rift Kickstarter way back in 2012. I picked up a Vive last year, but no one seemed to be making the voxel game I wanted. Finally, I just decided to build it myself.
