Nikita Buyanov’s recent teaser about the upcoming Kord Breach season in Escape from Tarkov has sparked heated discussions among fans. At the end of the video, a female figurine in military uniform appeared for a second, which sparked rumors about the possible appearance of female cameramen in the game.
However, despite the players' enthusiasm, the likelihood of such an innovation is extremely low. Escape from Tarkov has been around for almost a decade, and female game characters have never gone beyond concepts. The figure shown in the teaser has already appeared in illustrations and videos of Battlestate Games, and even wears Tagilla’s cap.
Battlestate Games had previously experimented with female imagery, such as selling cushions with a female version of Sturman and acrylic figurines of the female "Thugs". The only key female character in the game is the therapist, a drug dealer.
