The developers of Escape from Tarkov reported unpleasant news for fans of the hardcore shooter. The release of the expected additions "Wild Life" (Scav Life) and clan system is postponed to 2027.

Head of the studio Nikita Buyanov within the scope of Tarkov TV confirmed that plans for development of the project have moved. The DLC "Wild Life" promises to be a major update of AI: characters will become more realistic and engage in everyday tasks outside of combat. Players also have new challenges that reveal the "wild" profession in unexpected ways.

The exact release dates of the add-ons remain a secret for now. Now the team of Battlestate Games is focused on another priority direction - complete reprocessing of the "Lighthouse" location.
