According to the plot of the DLC, the main character, traveling through time, finds himself in the future of Edo (Edo 1651, Keian era), where the world is threatened by a new conspiracy associated with the Spirit Stones, as well as an enemy who has a strong dislike for the shogunate.

The add-on will include:

  • new region - Edo 1651 (Keian era);
  • weapons Hoko & Shield (Hoko and Shield) and Ninja Hoko & Shield (Ninja Hoko and Shield);
  • new enemies, including the one-eyed sword master Yagyu Jubei;
  • Enlightened One's Journey difficulty mode, which surpasses Shogun's Path in difficulty;
  • unique battles for valuable scrolls, customizable using the “Scrolls of a Hundred Demon Worlds”;
  • new guardian spirits, skills and techniques.
